CME program at Sagar Hospital Bangalore: CME program was held at Sagar Hospital about Brain death Declaration & Organ donation was conducted for the ICU Doctors, Transplant teams & the hospital Coordinator. Dr.ChinnaDurai spoke about the identification and Maintenance of Potential Donors in ICUs and the Chief coordinator of Jeevasarthakathe Ms. LijaMol Joseph spoke about Jeevasarthakathe/SOTTO. More than 50 Members participated in the program.

One-day Workshop for Hospital Coordinators at Manipal Group Hospital (HAL): One Day workshop was organized for coordinators by Manipal Group Hospital in Association with Jeevasarthakathe/ SOTTO Karnataka, on Brain stem Death Declaration & Organ Donation where the Medical and Paramedical Staff were trained on Identifying and declaring the Brain Death and grief counseling. Mr. Randeep Health Commissioner inaugurated the workshop and Dr. Kiran Kumar Joint director of Medical Health and family welfare presided over the event, Dr. Indumathi Director health and family welfare, Dr. Deepak Special Officer of Trauma and Emergency care center, Dr. Sunil Karant, Ms. Lijamol Joseph chief transplant coordinator have also attended the event. About 130 members participated in the program

CME program at HIMS Hassan: CME program was organized at HIMS Hassan by the Department of Anaesthesiology, Department of General Surgery & Department of General medicine in association with SOTTO Karnataka Jeevasarthakathe on Brain Stem Death Declaration & Organ Retrieval for the ICU, Transplant & Coordinators. Where the coordinators were trained on identification, maintenance & certification for brain stem death declaration. Mr.Choodesh & Mr.Naushad Pasha the transplant coordinators from Jeevasarthakathe shared their knowledge. About 200 Members participated in the event.

7th National Organ Donation Masterclass At M S Ramaiah Advanced Learning centre Bangalore: Two Days Organ Retrieval Workshop was held at M S Ramaiah Advanced Learning Centre, This workshop has been regularly conducted annually in partnership with Oxford University Teaching Hospitals, to train surgeons in skills for safe organ recovery from deceased donors. The Workshop was inaugurated by Health Commissioner Mr Randeep, Ms Lijamol Joseph the Chief Coordinator Jeevasarthakathe participated in the workshop and shared knowledge on the "Process Flow for Organ Retrieval in Karnataka" with the participants.
